Orine Rhaney Memorial Scholarship

Longtime counselor in the GCC Center for Students with Disabilities, Valerie Rhaney, established this scholarship in honor of her mother, Orine. The scholarship will be awarded once each year to a single mother with financial need who is dedicated to completing her education.
