Dulay Family Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the Dulay Family to celebrate their late father’s life and memory. The scholarship is awarded annually to a student who has earned a 3.0 GPA or higher, majoring in Business, Art, or Social Justice, who is member of GCC’s Filipino American Student Association (FASA) or Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Learning Community.
